What will you do 

  • Prepare sales presentations (for Business Developers) and ensure that all sales materials are prepared before deadlines (business offers and proposals) 
  • Update customer records daily in the CRM/ERP system and support Business Development by regularly reviewing the database and sales pipeline, entering new information as needed
  • Assist with creating sales offers and quotations, prepare sales presentations for Business Developers and ensure that all sales materials are prepared before deadlines (business offers and proposals)
  • Assist with sales communication with clients   
  • Call and email prospects to set up meetings for our business development team
  • Track, classify, and follow up with unresponsive leads
  • Monitor sales expenses by analyzing, tracking, and summarizing expenses  
  • Prepare related reports for Sales Meeting
  • Collaborate with BD in finding new prospects
  • Make sure that Business Developers are on top of their sales activity (prioritizing important tasks and getting things done)
  • Preparing reports and dashboards for sales fix meetings
  • Collaborate with our Business Development, Engineering and Back Office teams daily
  • Support other administrative tasks, such as preparing reports on outstanding customer receivables and contract management.
  • Sending NDAs to customers and following up to ensure timely signing.
  • Ensure proper archiving and secure storage of signed contracts and NDAs in accordance with company policies.

 

Qualifications needed: 

  • At least 2+ years of working experience in the same or similar positions
  • Highly efficient, with outstanding organizational skills 
  • Customer-centered focus 
  • Excellent and positive attitude to problem-solving
  • Good oral and written communication skills 
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) 
  • Trustworthy and aware of the importance of confidentiality
  • Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
