What you will do as an Embedded Hardware Team Lead:

  • Coordinate a team of several embedded hardware engineers 
  • Work on improvements of internal engineering processes and procedures 
  • Work on embedded challenges together with other hardware engineers and support them 
  • Guide team of hardware engineers in their career growth 
  • Collaborate with other engineers (software, hardware, mechanical) and engineer products starting from technical specification all the way to the industrialization and volume manufacturing 
  • System architecture design (choosing the technical solutions that fulfill the client’s functional requirements) 
  • Develop and verify circuits and systems - DMM, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA and other engineering equipment are at your disposal 
    • PCB power distribution network and corresponding power supplies 
    • RF systems design (off-the-shelf or custom antennas), integration and testing (S11 measurements, conducted and radiated emissions) 
    • Analog and digital systems 
    • Working on a CAD library expansion and improvements 
  • Layout PCBs – single, double, multi-layer design (rigid, flexi) 
  • Environmental testing in a specialized chamber 
  • Fast prototyping by using internal components warehouse, wide procurement network of suppliers 
  • EMC pre-compliance testing (in-house and with our partner labs) 
  • Collaborate with PCB fabs and EMS to optimize the design for volume manufacturing 
  • Regulatory testing of electronic products 
  • Create production testing protocols and designing testing jigs for volume manufacturing 

You are the right person for us if you:

  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering 
  • Have several years of experience in solving issues in embedded systems development, finishing products 
  • Have good English language skills 
  • Enjoy mentoring other hardware engineers and guiding them through their career growth 
  • Have experience with the above-listed engineering tasks 
  • Enjoy working with other engineers on bringing new ideas to life 
  • Are passionate about solving challenges and learning new things through everyday development
